Paper ball toy works for plain paper balls, crinkle paper balls, or balls with catnip. You can pick the size and how tightly it is pressed. Every batch goes through a tightness test and a tear test. The ball does not come apart when a pet catches it in the air. It does not shed shreds when bitten.

We do a first-piece approval before the full run. We make a sample first. We test the tightness. You sign it. Then we start mass production. We have backup plans for key machines. If one press breaks, a backup press takes over. Your Paper ball toy order stays on schedule.

Our materials and inks meet pet safety standards. For packing, every hundred balls go into a PE bag. Then we use a five-layer carton. Then we put it on a pallet and wrap with stretch film.
