Safe Materials That Touch Food

We use 250g to 450g food grade white cardboard or kraft paper. The ink does not move to the food. It does not fade. We can add a water and oil resistant coating. It is biodegradable. We do a first-piece approval before the full run. We print a sample first. You check the die-cut line and coating effect. You sign it. Then we start mass production. Our Factory and Quality Control
We make 90 containers per month. We only take 80% of our capacity. We keep 20% for urgent orders. We have our own R&D team. They help with coating solutions for water and oil resistance. For packing, each unit goes into a PE bag for moisture protection. Then we use a five-layer carton. Then we put it on a pallet and wrap with stretch film. Payment is 30% deposit. The remaining 70% is due before we ship. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP. That is how we deliver safe Food package printing every time.
